• 1 credit Geometry
• 1 additional math credit
  • *4 credits of Mathematics is required if a student takes Algebra 1 as an 8th grader

Science: 3 credits 

• 1 credit Physical Science
• 1 credit Biology
• 1 additional science credit

Social Studies: 3 credits 

• 1 credit US History
• 1 credit Problems of Democracy
• 1 additional credit

Phy Ed/Health: 1 credit

3 credits in within any combination of these areas:

• Foreign languages (to include Native American Languages);
• Fine arts; or
• Career and technical education courses
