Concealed Bus Bids

Bid Submission

Sealed bids must include:

• Bidder's name
• Address
• Phone number
• Bid amount
• Clearly marked "Bus # Bid" on the outside of the envelope

Bids must be received by October 7th, 2026, at 12:00pm and submitted to:

The successful bidder will be responsible for payment in full and removal of the bus within 7 days of bid acceptance.

Payment for the bus must be made within 3 days of bid acceptance. 

Maple Valley Public School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, and to accept the bid determined to be in the best interest of the district.
